Ingredients

For the Wrap:

1 – 12-inch spinach wrap

4 oz Dakota44 Oven Roasted Turkey

1 Tbsp Chipotle Aioli (see below or use store-bought)

½ cup Fresh Baby Spinach

2 slices Pepper Jack Cheese

¼ medium Red Bell Pepper, thinly sliced

For the Chipotle Aioli (makes ~⅔ cup):

½ cup Mayonnaise

1 Tbsp Canned Chipotle Peppers in Adobo, pureed

Juice of ½ Lime

Directions

  1. Make the Chipotle Aioli:
    In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, chipotle, and lime juice. Stir until smooth. Set aside or refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. Assemble the Wrap:
    Lay the spinach wrap flat and spread 1 tablespoon of chipotle aioli evenly, leaving about a ½-inch border around the edges.

  3. Layer the Ingredients:
    Top with baby spinach, then evenly layer the turkey slices, red pepper strips, and pepper jack cheese.

  4. Roll and Slice:
    Tightly roll the wrap from one end to the other. Slice into 1½-inch rounds for serving.

  5. Serve Immediately
    Enjoy as a lunch, picnic snack, or school lunch favorite.
