Honey Roasted Turkey, Cranberry & Brie Sandwich

Ingredients

For the Sandwich:

¼ Baguette

2 slices Brie Cheese

4 oz Dakota44 Honey Roasted Turkey

2 leaves Butter Lettuce

2–3 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce (see recipe below or use store-bought)

For the Cranberry Sauce (makes ~2 cups):

1 (10 oz) package Frozen Cranberries

½ cup Sugar

½ cup Water

2 pieces Orange Peel

Directions:

  1. Make the Cranberry Sauce:
    In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, and orange peel.
    Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 7–10 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved and the cranberries are soft.
    Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to use.

  2. Assemble the Sandwich:
    Slice the baguette and layer with brie cheese, Dakota44 Honey Roasted Turkey, butter lettuce, and a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce.

  3. Serve Immediately
    Enjoy warm or chilled as a hearty, festive lunch.
