Ingredients
For the Sandwich:
¼ Baguette
2 slices Brie Cheese
4 oz Dakota44 Honey Roasted Turkey
2 leaves Butter Lettuce
2–3 Tbsp Cranberry Sauce (see recipe below or use store-bought)
For the Cranberry Sauce (makes ~2 cups):
1 (10 oz) package Frozen Cranberries
½ cup Sugar
½ cup Water
2 pieces Orange Peel
Directions:

Make the Cranberry Sauce:
In a medium saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, water, and orange peel.
Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer and cook for 7–10 minutes, or until the sugar is dissolved and the cranberries are soft.
Remove from heat and let cool. Refrigerate until ready to use. -
Assemble the Sandwich:
Slice the baguette and layer with brie cheese, Dakota44 Honey Roasted Turkey, butter lettuce, and a generous spoonful of cranberry sauce. -
Serve Immediately
