Turkey & Potato & Cheese Soup

     4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes          1 t. salt or to tasted

        1 lg. yellow onion, diced                       ½ t. pepper

        1 red pepper, diced                                1 T. Parsley Flakes

        7 1/4 c. chicken broth                             1 t. salt or to taste

        1 c. diced carrots                                     ½ c. flour & water

       ½ c. diced celery                                       1- 8 oz. cream cheese

        2 T. butter                                                  2 c. of diced or shredded turkey

   Combine 1st 10 ingredients in a large slow cooker.   Cover and cook on low

     For 7 to 8 hours.  Combine flour and water until smooth.  Stir into soup.

     Stir in cream cheese and cheddar cheese until blended.  Add turkey (diced

     Shredded or any left-over cooked turkey.  I cooked a small breast but any

     Kind of turkey would work.  Cover and cook on high for 30 minutes,

     Stirring occasionally.  Add any spices you like.
